ah, Sander (f*cking) Cohen, Rapture's premier artist and all-round madman.

oddly, I didn't find him that evil, mad perhaps, sadly deluded, but he never tried to kill you himself unless you actively pissed him off, and that puts him up a peg on Rapture's social ladder.

I love his little pet name for you (come here little moth) and ofcourse his epic bunny poetry- nicely done there
